  • Is there any additional prerequisite for training

    Trainees Prerequisites:

    Basic knowledge of electricians

    At least one year of electrical work experience

    Basic Computer knowledge and Operation

    StarCharge can provide professional training(Basic: Installation commissioning Advanced: Troubleshooting, Maintenance, Log file analysis..) to make Customer engineers with the ability for commissioning ,basic troubleshooting.

    Therefore, we have general requirements for O&M trainees to enable them to learn quickly.


  • Does remote commissioning is free

    If Customer can do the Troubleshooting without StarCharge support, there is no charge In the situation that Customer can not conduct Troubleshooting, StarCharge will provide Commissioning service base on Commissioning unit price which will be quoted.

  • With proper training, can the commissioning be executed by Customer local teams or is it exclusively done by OEM ?

    yes,StarCharge can provide professional training(Basic: Installation commissioning Advanced: Troubleshooting, Maintenance, Log file analysis..) to make Customer engineers with the ability for commissioning ,basic troubleshooting.

  • Possibility to ship back with refund of any unutilized Spare during Warranty duration. Is it possible ?

    StarCharge will provide spare parts free of charge under warranty to meet the on-site O&M requirement.,so ship back with refund of any unutilized Spare is not applicable.

    If spare parts purchased separately,unutilized Spare parts can be ship back with refund within Spare parts warranty period(one year)


  • In case a Spare is utilized on a defective product under warranty, do you propose

    In case a Spare is utilized on a defective product under warranty, StarCharge purpose solution is to ship back for free a new Spare

  • Under which circumstances do you require returning of a defective equipment ?

    When batch quality issues occur with the same type of product, affecting global deployment
