    Soft fan noise during charging is normal. Stop use immediately and cut off power if you hear harsh abnormal noise or smell burning, then contact after‑sales.

    Check for foreign objects, dirt or damage on gun connector and vehicle port. Push firmly until you hear the locking click. Stop using physically damaged ports and contact after‑sales.

  • What should I do if the device fails to start charging after clicking the start‑charging button?

    Please make sure the charging gun is fully locked in place and the vehicle charging port is normal . Check for device error prompts. Contact customer service if charging still fails to start.

  • How to deal with the "gun not connected" prompt when the charging gun is already plugged into the vehicle?

    Unplug the gun, check for dirt or foreign objects on gun and vehicle port, reinsert until you hear the locking click. Switch to another charger if the alert remains.
