FAQ

  • Can I disassemble and repair the charger by myself?

Unauthorized disassembly is strictly prohibited. Self‑repair will void warranty and bring electric shock hazards. Please contact official after‑sales for faults.

  • Can the charger be used during thunder‑rain weather?

Properly installed chargers with lightning protection can work in thunder‑rain weather. It is recommended to stop charging and cut off power during severe thunderstorms.

  • Does the charger require regular maintenance?

Periodic inspection and maintenance are recommended per contract requirements. Inspect gun connector, cables, wiring and heat dissipation for stable and safe operation.

  • What factors affect the actual output power of the charger?

Actual output power is constrained by grid capacity, cable loss, ambient temperature, vehicle battery status and hardware limits of the charger.

  • Is high surface temperature of the charging gun a fault?

Slight heating of gun connector during charging is normal. Stop charging if it gets excessively hot. Check for oxidation or loose connection. Contact support for recurring over‑heating.

  • How to troubleshoot when the charger has no response and the screen stays dark after power‑on?

First confirm upstream circuit breaker is closed and power supply is available. Do not repeatedly reset tripped breaker. Contact after‑sales if no response after power‑on.
