FAQ

  • Can the system cope with load fluctuations?
Yes. Our PCS features overload capacity and rapid response to handle surge loads (e.g., water pumps, AC compressors) seamlessly – no system crashes, no disruptions.

  • Can the station operational data be interconnected? Is integration available with the customer’s own charging operation platform?
The EMS energy management system provides standard API interfaces to support interconnection with the client’s existing charging operation platform and station management system. It enables unified billing, charging scheduling, energy consumption statistics and revenue sharing.

  • Is there a downtime risk with the DC bus system?
Not at all. Our system is built with modular redundancy—if one rectifier module fails, the others keep running without affecting your operations. What's more, the batteries are directly connected to the DC bus, so when the grid goes down, they kick in with instantaneous (zero-millisecond) switching.

  • What is cross-domain energy scheduling?
Cross-Domain Energy Dispatch enables surplus power from one sub-microgrid to be shared with neighboring sub-microgrids within the same park, without exporting any electricity back to the external grid.

  • Does zero PV generation in continuous rainy weather impact system operation?
The microgrid adopts energy storage as energy backup to tackle power gaps amid adverse weather.

  • Is the charging speed fast enough?
Equipped with 600A ultra-fast chargers, mainstream heavy-duty trucks can be fully charged in just 30 minutes.
