[Special-Purpose Case] Wuxi Xingcheng Special Steel Special-Purpose Station

StarCharge provided the Wuxi Xingcheng Special Steel Special-Purpose Station with services including configuration planning, equipment selection, equipment procurement, station design, station construction, O&M management, and management platform building.

The Wuxi Xingcheng Special Steel Special-Purpose Station is a semi-enclosed site used only for charging special-purpose transport vehicles, shuttle buses, and the like within the steel plant. Special-purpose transport vehicles and shuttle buses generally perform 'transport' work within the plant — materials, consumables, or staff. Considering factors such as vehicle usage and environmental adaptation within the scenario, StarCharge carried out the station's design and planning, configuring 20 units of 240kW dual-gun DC charging equipment. This equipment supports simultaneous dual-gun charging, meaning it can charge one vehicle at 240kW, greatly speeding up the vehicles' successive rapid top-ups so they can quickly return to work, while also meeting the vehicles' need for concentrated nighttime charging.

The station is also equipped with smart barrier gates that rise only for registered license plates, effectively preventing other vehicles from entering and affecting the charging and operation of vehicles on site.

At the same time, StarCharge also takes on equipment O&M and management work: besides regular inspections and maintenance, it provides basic O&M training to the site's management staff, ensuring that the station's charging equipment does not lose its ability to operate over minor problems and disrupt factory operations. Meanwhile, the intelligent O&M platform provides real-time monitoring, safeguarding safe and stable charging.
