[Operator Case] Meilichong Hangzhou Zijingang Super Charging Station

The Hangzhou Zijingang Super Charging Station was officially completed and put into operation on May 18, 2022. Operated by Meilichong, the largest operator on the StarCharge platform, the station successfully entered its profit-making period after just over half a year of operation, making it the station with the shortest payback period on the StarCharge platform.

Equipment: The station has 128 charging terminals, including Beidou Gen 2 360kW split charging systems (one cabinet + 8 terminals) and Gemini 120kW all-in-one dual-gun charging equipment. It is also equipped with1 set of liquid-cooled terminals, fully meeting the charging needs of all kinds of vehicles on the market, including ride-hailing vehicles, taxis, private cars, and logistics vehicles.

To eliminate fuel-vehicle occupation of spaces and similar issues, the station has also installed smart barrier gates that rise only for new energy license plates. Preventing fuel-vehicle occupation is not only about protecting the charging rights of NEV owners but also about reducing the losses that occupation brings to operators.

Supporting facilities: Besides mainstream, forward-looking charging equipment, the station is equipped with basic amenities such as a lounge and toilets to ensure service quality. Inside the lounge there are also 24-hour water dispensers and electric massage chairs; users can rest in the lounge while charging, and commercial vehicle drivers can rehydrate there. The lounge can also host a wide variety of owner events.
