Against the backdrop of the global energy transition, the new energy vehicle industry is flourishing and has become a key force driving green mobility. As the number of NEVs on the road continues to climb, users' demands on charging infrastructure are rising accordingly. Traditional charging models suffer from slow charging speeds, low energy utilization efficiency, and heavy impact on the power grid, making it difficult to meet the needs of rapid NEV development. 02A PV-Storage-Charging-Discharging-Testing Smart Energy Demonstration Station Sets a Green Benchmark

Recently, the two parties joined forces to complete a PV-storage-charging-discharging-testing smart energy demonstration project in Baoding, Hebei. This landmark collaboration not only brings NEV users a brand-new charging experience but also injects strong momentum into the development of the new energy industry, jointly opening a new chapter in green mobility.



03Continuing to Deepen the Green Energy Industry on the Foundation of Transportation Electrification
The Great Wall Motor PV-storage-charging-discharging-testing smart energy demonstration station delivers the ultimate charging experience, with 720kW fully liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging providing rapid energy replenishment: '3 minutes of charging for 400 li (about 200 km) of range', ensuring users travel with ease, while the onboard battery testing and multiple safety protection systems guarantee worry-free charging.
The distributed source-grid-load-storage system integrated into this project forms an integrated intelligent microgrid. This technology not only secures the energy supply within the charging station but also helps Great Wall Motor and EV users further reduce electricity costs and cut carbon emissions, making travel greener and more convenient. Distributed intelligent microgrids are also an important component of the new power system: controlled by the energy management system, the microgrid can effectively balance grid load, and through virtual power plant (VPP) technology it can also participate in grid interaction and spot electricity trading. The transformation of charging networks into intelligent microgrids can further advance the achievement of society-wide 'dual carbon' goals.
