Global Strategy Overview | StarCharge Drives a Zero-Carbon Future

21 Oct 2026

In 2019, while most companies were still focused on their home markets, StarCharge set sail overseas early, becoming one of the first charging infrastructure companies to expand globally. Over the past six years, it has steadily built a new energy network covering the globe, with products sold in more than 70 countries and regions, evolving from exporting products to a comprehensive output of technology, manufacturing, and ecosystem.

01

Early Positioning, Deep Roots: Building True Globalization

At its founding, StarCharge International moved first into key markets in Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. By establishing branches in the United States, Germany, Singapore, and elsewhere, we have achieved localized operations in sales, service, and technical support. Our products have fully obtained international certifications including CE, UL, TÜV, and KEIOP, and we have participated in the formulation of nearly 100 international and national standards, continuously driving the standardized development of the industry.

02

Dual Drivers of R&D and Smart Manufacturing: Building an Efficient Global Delivery Network

StarCharge has 11 major R&D centers worldwide and a R&D team of more than 2,000 people, with over 1,000 patents and 4 iF Design Awards to its name. To meet the needs of customers worldwide, we have established 8 major production bases around the globe. Our smart factories feature million-level cleanrooms, unmanned AGV logistics, and 90% automated production lines, with end-to-end digital management through SAP, MES, and WMS systems. Combined with full life-cycle traceability and AI quality inspection systems, every product is assured of world-class craftsmanship and reliable quality.

03

From Charging Equipment Manufacturer to Leader in Integrated Energy Solutions

Starting from charging equipment manufacturing, StarCharge has gradually won the recognition of customers worldwide, selling 2.5 million charging piles and ranking first globally in cumulative sales over the past decade. We continue to innovate in technology, pioneering V2G bidirectional charging and automatic charging products that enable electric vehicles to interact with the grid and enhance the flexibility of the energy system.

In 2024, StarCharge's energy storage business received a Tier 1 rating from BloombergNEF (BNEF), placing it among the world's first-tier energy storage suppliers. It has secured GW-scale orders overseas, deployed multiple park and factory microgrid projects, continued to expand its PV-storage-charging-discharging station business, and is comprehensively advancing the global zero-carbon process.

Building a 'Three-Network Integration' Energy Ecosystem to Power the Global Zero-Carbon Transition

Centered on the three-network integration of the intelligent charging network, scenario-based microgrids, and the virtual power plant network, StarCharge provides full-stack solutions from hardware products to platform operations, driving the continuous evolution of the energy structure toward a greener, smarter, and more efficient future.

Rooted in China, serving the world.

StarCharge looks forward to joining hands with more international partners to take part in the energy transformation and build a sustainable, low-carbon future together.
