The secondary wiring team of the DC workshop at the Manufacturing Center handles DC charging pile production, with 108 female employees — 100% of the team. The wiring team is responsible for wiring all signal control lines of DC charging piles, covering 70% of the 430 wiring points in a DC charging pile. A single miswired harness can cause the entire unit to fail, placing extremely high demands on the team members' attentiveness, patience and quality awareness.
Over the years, the team, with its solid professional skills, strong sense of responsibility and indomitable spirit of inquiry, has won first place several times in our company's 5S evaluations and annual benchmark line assessments, along with honorary titles including the annual 'StarCharge Dream Team', 'Changzhou Intelligent Workshop' and the Changzhou May 1st Women's Model Post — a truly deserving role model for women and a source of pride for our company.
