Keyword: 'Three-Star Station'
This year, in order to give new energy vehicle owners across the country a charging experience with faster charging, better amenities, and better service, StarCharge launched a selection campaign called the 'Three-Star Station' across its stations nationwide. With strict standards such as 'whether the equipment is in good condition,' 'whether the rest rooms and toilets are clean and tidy,' and 'whether the station has dedicated staff for service and management,' the best stations in cities across the country were selected from among the finest, ultimately recognizing the outstanding stations in the eyes of vehicle owners, and regularly holding considerate user activities to enrich the user charging experience. Whether a station is good is up to the users.

Keyword: 'Crescent'
This year, StarCharge's home charging pile family welcomed a new member — the Crescent 7kW AC charging pile. Its single-curved design, shaped like a crescent moon on the side, not only features smooth lines and graceful curves, but also shields against wind and rain, better protecting the charging connector and the plug port. What's more, we designed a range of colors, and new energy vehicle owners voted for their favorites. Currently, two new colorways, 'Deep Space Blue' and 'Fresh Breeze Green,' have met users first, along with two new features — seamless Bluetooth and NFC startup — making charging life colorful and smart!

Keyword: 'Zero-Carbon Government Offices'
This year, the integrated PV-storage-charging-discharging charging stations built by StarCharge have been put into use in more and more scenarios, including government agencies, industrial parks, and public institutions. From the integrated PV-storage-charging-discharging charging station at the Changzhou Administrative Center to the smart charging station at the Management Committee of the Dalu Coal Chemical Industry Base in Ordos... the beautiful vision of 'low-carbon' and 'zero-carbon' government offices is steadily becoming reality. In the future, StarCharge will continue to promote integrated PV-storage-charging-discharging charging stations across all sectors and fields of society, making them a splendid part of China's green, low-carbon, and sustainable development, fostering a good atmosphere of energy conservation and carbon reduction throughout society, and helping China achieve its 'dual carbon' goals at an early date.

Keyword: 'Ultra-Fast Charging'
This year, StarCharge set new records in both the scale of its single-site charging stations and the power of its charging piles. The Zijiangang charging station made its official debut with 128 charging terminals, a total station power of 6240kW, and the ability to charge up to 128 new energy vehicles at the same time. Among them, the high-power liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging piles can deliver a maximum output power of up to 480kW per connector. Currently, the station's daily charging volume reaches 30,000 kWh, providing rapid energy replenishment for 1000 new energy vehicle trips every day. In the future, the station also plans to be equipped with energy storage, PV facilities, and more, further transforming toward smart energy.

Keyword: 'Top-Tier Event'
This year, StarCharge continued to focus on the frontiers of industry development as well as its pain points and difficulties, speaking up frequently at professional industry forums and exhibitions, and exploring and leading industry innovation and development through technical exchanges with experts and scholars. For example, at the 2nd EV Charging Infrastructure Technology Innovation Conference, the DPA dual-layer power pool technology proposed by StarCharge and its sharing of the evolution direction of cloud platform products and technologies pointed the way forward for improving the operating efficiency of public charging stations and serving China's 'dual carbon' agenda. In addition, StarCharge's 'three-network integration strategy' and 'green electricity trading' also sparked widespread attention and recognition.

Keyword: 'Zhu Yawen'
This year, the brand ambassador of Star Charge StarCharge was born — Zhu Yawen, a well-known Chinese film and television actor, regarded as a representative of 'strength' and 'quality,' a perfect match for StarCharge's brand image. Joining hands, the two call on new energy vehicle owners everywhere to choose a green, low-carbon lifestyle, to use 'green electricity,' to jointly create a clean and beautiful future, and to protect the blue sky and stars in children's eyes.

Keyword: 'Use Green Power, Get Closer to Zero Carbon'
This year, the 828 Low-Carbon Festival arrived as scheduled. Through green electricity trading and green power certificate subscriptions, StarCharge launched the 'Use Green Power, Get Closer to Zero Carbon' campaign at more than 3000 green power stations nationwide. During the campaign, responses nationwide exceeded 1 million, more than 600,000 people participated in green electricity consumption, national charging volume exceeded 26 million kWh, carbon emissions were reduced by 7072 tons compared with gasoline-powered travel, 18 million kWh of green electricity was consumed — equivalent to a further reduction of 4890 tons of carbon emissions compared with ordinary electricity — setting new records for carbon reduction! In addition, through live streaming, from the 'fishery-PV complementary' PV power generation project in Changzhou, the land of fish and rice, to the wind farm in Xilingol League, Inner Mongolia, StarCharge took Star Friends directly to the front-line scenes of 'green electricity' origins through the camera lens, with live stream likes totaling more than 4 million.

Keyword: 'Low-Carbon City'
This year, StarCharge joined hands with cities such as Harbin, Yancheng, and Changzhou to actively explore urban charging network construction, digital and intelligent energy management and application, comprehensive green energy planning, the new energy industry, the digital economy, and other fields, working hard to lay a solid think-tank foundation for cities' green, digital, and low-carbon development, striving to become a main force in building 'low-carbon cities,' and providing demonstration models for other cities to achieve green, low-carbon, and high-quality development. In the future, StarCharge also looks forward to more cities moving in the same direction, helping China build a modern energy system at an early date, safeguarding national energy security, and achieving the 'dual carbon' goals on schedule.

Keyword: 'Cybersecurity'
This year, StarCharge continued to strengthen its cybersecurity development, becoming one of the first companies in the global new energy field to receive IEC 62443-4-1 (ML2) and IEC 62443-4-2 (SL2) certifications issued by Bureau Veritas — a first in the global charging pile industry. Moreover, StarCharge also holds both the 'Level 3 classified protection' certification and ISO27001 certification. Behind these impressive achievements is a full demonstration of StarCharge's leading information technology level and security protection capabilities in cybersecurity as a leading enterprise in the new energy vehicle charging field. This will also serve as the cornerstone for safeguarding the development of China's new energy digital economy and achieving the 'dual carbon' goals.

Keyword: 'Virtual Power Plant'
This year, Star Energy continued to cultivate the new track of green energy. As a leading enterprise in the new energy vehicle charging field, it officially signed on and became one of the first aggregator companies of the Shenzhen Virtual Power Plant. It has currently connected an adjustable load of 100,000 kW; in the future, it will gradually connect its remaining self-operated and jointly-operated charging stations in Shenzhen, reaching an adjustable load of 1.32 million kW — making it the aggregator with the largest adjustable load scale among charging companies connected to the Shenzhen Virtual Power Plant. Meanwhile, its self-developed V2G smart charging piles and commercial-and-industrial and residential energy storage systems are also under construction one after another. Relying on its strong communication and cloud control technologies, it has formed mature capabilities of observability, measurability, adjustability, and controllability, with management and control at time scales as fine as milliseconds, enabling rapid response to all kinds of grid needs.
