The eBox-418C C&I energy storage system features an integrated, highly compact design, incorporating a self-developed multi-level PCS and a 418kWh LFP battery system, combined with a UHPC ultra-high-performance concrete cabinet. While achieving high protection and strong weather resistance for the system, the overall structure remains compact, meeting the intensive deployment needs of demanding scenarios such as green mines and ports. The system has passed multiple international safety and performance certifications, laying a solid compliance foundation for entry into global markets.

'One Cell, One Management' Architecture Enables Cell-Level Precision Control and Ultra-Long Life

The system innovatively adopts a 'one cell, one management' architecture, raising battery management precision to the cell level, effectively suppressing circulating currents and the barrel effect. Combined with the excellent thermal inertia of the UHPC cabinet, the internal temperature difference is kept within an extremely narrow range, achieving a standard cycle life of more than 10,000 cycles, 25% higher than the industry average.

Combined with cabinet-level pressure relief and an active combustible gas monitoring and discharge mechanism, it builds a four-dimensional protection system of 'prevention + suppression + detection + immersion extinguishing'. The system supports full-stack electrical protection and insulation monitoring, and with an intelligent BMS enabling real-time multi-parameter early warning, it ensures stable operation across a wide temperature range of -20°C to 55°C. Its safety design not only complies with national standards such as GB/T 36276 and GB 44240, but also meets multiple international electrical and fire-safety codes, ensuring reliable and stable operation in all kinds of harsh environments.

Based on modular prefabrication and AI O&M strategies, the eBox-418C greatly reduces on-site commissioning and operating costs while improving full life-cycle availability and economics.
