Committed to sustainability, Norgesgruppen is taking significant steps to achieve climate neutrality by 2030. Norway’s famous bakery Bakehuset plans to electrify its fleet to deliver 230,000 daily loaves of bread.

Scania has provided Bakehuset with electric trucks while StarCharge is offering supercharge solutions. StarCharge Triton, a compact and efficient charging infrastructure, has been installed at the bakery’s Oslo location. The Triton dispenser is designed for fleet depot charging, where space optimization and performance are crucial. By utilizing overhead charging racks, this system enables the simultaneous charging of multiple trucks , minimizing charging time, space taking and maximizing operational efficiency.

StarCharge Triton and Bakehuset will work together to electrify its fleet and adopt EV charging solutions, setting an example for sustainable industry and greener logistics.
