To submit a CALeVIP application, you will need:
- Final Utility Service Design — Issued by your local utility provider.
- Permit Ready — From your local building department.
- Site Verification Form — Available for download on the CALeVIP website.
Additionally, once your application is approved, you are required to submit proof of purchase for the eligible equipment within 90 days.
